Hello.

This is a message to all of those who wondered what happened to me.

There are several people who ordered the coolers from me, and it's been

several weeks since I responded to anyone's PM.

I am home now, but this is what happened to me:

I was walking my dog along our street and I felt dizzy and faint, and

it felt like somebody filled my heart with air. It literally felt like somebody

was pumping air into my chest. I sat down on the curb and the next thing

I remember was the paramedics talking to me with hundreds of people

looking at me. I had a heart attack.

They took me to the hospital and I had a quadruple bypass

at the age of 42.

As most of you know, I've been working on losing weight, and I had been

exercising and walking daily, so I could fit into my FX armor.

I lost alot of weight in the hospital, and now at the slim size of 200lbs,

I'm almost there. I have to take it easy for a while, but it looks like the

surgeon that worked on me did a fine job.

I just wanted to let everyone know...I am so sorry to all of those who were

waiting for their items too.

Please accept my sincere apologies, I will take care of them as soon as I am

able to do so.

Thanks, and talk to you guys and gals soon.

Mark

Glad to hear you're OK and getting better. I just turned 40, so it's a great wake up call for guys even as young as ourselves to take better care.

Thanks again fellas.

I won't be doing any troopin' for a while.

I still have alot of pain from the surgery, and even though I am enjoying

the pain medication, it doesn't provide 100% relief.

Today I walked out to my car and to the mailbox....and made it back

inside without much pain, but I am doing the "old-man shuffle", which

looks ridiculous....lol.

Thanks again guys.

Mark, that must have been an awful scare.

Happy to hear that you're pulling through and that the bypass went well. Take care of yourself. It's always interesting to read your posts, so let us know how you're doing...

Mark,

I'm very glad to hear your recovery is going well. I'm 45 and that something I think about (having a heart attack) from time to time. Hope to be trooping with you in the near future. God bless.

Peter
