Shocktrooper Build Forum?

Possibly the dumbest question here. I can't seem to find the Shocktrooper build thread. Can you point me the way?

Greetings- not sure where to go from here, but have a finished costume and would like to join up. Been reading blogs and building since last summer- ready for that next step- just not sure what that is. Thanks!!!
