Signing up for 501st

Hi everyone, I have finished my suit and wanting to sign up. Have looked on the 501st site and FISD and out post 42 but can't seem to find any forms to full out.

You will need to sign up at the New Zealand Garrison first, Nathan.  There are no "forms", but you will need to find out who their GML is and send the required photos of you in your armor.  You can get in touch with the NZG here:
