Skippy[TK] Posted March 10, 2017 Report Posted March 10, 2017 My kit is done and approved, but after a troop I think it would be a little more comfortable if I cut out a small bit out of the thigh behind the knee. I know its been done, but I can't seem to find anything on it. Has anyone done this? Quote
quick0817[TK] Posted March 10, 2017 Report Posted March 10, 2017 Can it be done prior to approval? I see a lot already done for centurion. I been told to wait after initial approval. Ā Ā Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote
Alay[TK] Posted March 13, 2017 Report Posted March 13, 2017 Yes, it's approvable as long as it's done within reason and to a similar extent as the screen used alterations. However your GML might push back and cause approval to take longer if they're unaware.

I personally waited to avoid just that. Quote
Mgooding17 Posted March 14, 2017 Report Posted March 14, 2017 Yes it can be done I've just joined the UK 501st garrison, your allowed to do cut outs within reason, they prefer just to take it to just below the raised edge really no more but I found this is a great help, hope this helps you TK17127 Quote
Slayer6769[501st] Posted March 18, 2017 Report Posted March 18, 2017 I think I would try trimming some of the return edge in the back off first. That may be all you need to do to make it more comfortable. You can always trim further if trimming the return edge isn't enough. Quote
