AM for a small trooper, and accurate?

Hey guys,

 

I have gotten a great deal for some AM armor, however, I am a short, small trooper, and the armor is meant for larger troopers. Do you guys still think I should get the armor? It's a pretty good deal. I also want to know if it is accurate.I am 5 feet, three inches. (Pretty short for a stormtrooper)   Thank you!

AM might be too big.

But, if you are good with your hands, it can be done.

AM is definitely for the bigger trooper, I know of some troopers slightly taller than you who struggle with armor from makers of smaller armor.

I'm 6'2", 235 lbs and the armor fit like it was made for me.  Being almost a foot smaller than me, I think you have a lot of work in your future.

I definitely wouldn't recommend AM for someone your size. Unless you are both short *and* wide (basically built like a barrel), you'll likely end up taking off and/or reshaping so much plastic off that you change the way the armor is meant to fit - and as a result the way it will look. Even if you are almost as wide as you are tall, you'd still need to take a lot of length off, well, just about every piece.

 

Better off getting a smaller kit that will take a lot less work to fit to you.
