ROTS phase 2 helmet

looking for advice for phase 2 helmet. If there is anyone that is more local and selling phase 2 ROTS helmet under 300-350$ let me know but the link below looks like it is half decent. Hope someone can help me out here. first timer looking to start off with a helmet and when fiances allow I can look into full kits.
