Hi guys, I'm in the process of putting a TM TK armour together, can anyone advise me on the calfs? I have stupidly big calfs and have added a 50mm abs strip but this still doesn't seem to cover them. Is there another way to make this look ok, apologies as this is picture heavy

Nice work so far.

There is no size limit for the rear of the calf's, most try to keep the front strip to the standard size and increase the rear strip but you can use a larger strip on the front.

I did notice your thigh ammo belt has two rounder corners, the top corner should be square and only round on the bottom corners.

You could also move your belt drop boxes outwards more towards the end of the belt.

Also the position of the cap/rivet

Just trying to sort the calves out and this is the gap that is needed to fit around my calves. Will these pass clearance to centurion level or is the a way I need to be looking at ?

Thanks in advance

Go with whatever size you need.

When I build armour for people with your size calves I will use a 25mm or 30mm wide strip on the front and whatever size necessary on the back. The back strips usually end up being a wedge shape and the same will apply to the thighs. Keeping the thigh and calf front strips the same width add uniformity and will give you a bit of extra room needed.
