The theme for the annual Clermont. FL. Christmas parade this year was "Candyland", and the Makaze Squad (along with some of the Tampa Bay Squad) decided to go all the way on this one!  Gary (flashpoint0214) and his wife Ann made these incredible toy soldier costumes for 8 of us to wear, so needless to say I didn't go HWT for this one. We had a total of over 70 participants, , including the Emperor, "wind-up" Mercs and biker scouts, gingerbread Jawas, TFA characters and or course Santa Vader.  A few Rebels managed to infiltrate the gathering, but in the holiday spirit we  had a temporary truce, and a great time was had by all.  (Where else are you gonna' see Han, Chewie and the Emperor in the same place).

That was all due to the creative genius of Gary and his wife Ann, Brian.  They also made the giant "wind up" mechanisms for the other characters (that actually worked)!  Well worth all their hard work, I'd say!
