Looking sharp, T.J.!  A few suggestions if I may to help you out... one thing that jumps out to me is that you will need to raise your belt a bit.  It should be touching (or even overlapping a bit) the center ab button plate.  Also, you will need to add photos showing the top and bottom openings of your forearms.  All the return edges (even in the raised part) should be removed (as seen in the photo below).

Thanks for the fast feedback Joseph! Here's some updated photos to address your requests. I've raised the belt to rest higher on my waist. Thankfully with the combination of velcro and snaps, this was easy to adjust. Also, great catch on the forearm return edges. I still needed to do that, but also something simple. I've provided an example shot of an "in-progress" adjustment. Where you can see one of the fore-arms without the return edge and one with... then a final image that shows both complete... then one with me wearing the fore-arms with my gloves.

I know this wasn't requested of me, but I noticed some details on my hovi tips that I was missing after browsing the white armor ANH movie stills gallery, etc.

 

I specifically noticed the white inner section of the hovi-tip and a slight white ring around the tip near the silver mesh... seen here:

Other-Armor Fit/Assembly:

 The only thing we would add is to bring those thighs up a touch more as you ave quite a gap between the Cod and the top of them

Wooo!!! Thank you all! I agree after raising my belt my thighs look like they could be brought up a bit. I'm a bit tall and have long legs. Once again something very easy to adjust. I will be sure to raise them before my next TK troop. Thanks again! :)
