Chapaaz[501st] Posted November 3, 2016 Report Posted November 3, 2016 I've had my doopydoos kit a while but never got round to starting my build. Now I have all the parts needed I'm gonna start my build as I'm also nearly finished my TK build. Kev Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 3 Quote
themaninthesuitcase[Admin] Posted November 3, 2016 Report Posted November 3, 2016 Good luck, plenty of guidance on these here. 1 Quote
Chapaaz[501st] Posted November 16, 2016 Author Report Posted November 16, 2016 Now that my TK is nearly complete I thought I'd make a start and wash all my doopydoos kit. I'll dry it off and start by drilling all the holes and screws out ready for my actual screws to go in. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 2 Quote
Chapaaz[501st] Posted November 16, 2016 Author Report Posted November 16, 2016 Do I drill these holes out underneath the e11? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 1 Quote
themaninthesuitcase[Admin] Posted November 16, 2016 Report Posted November 16, 2016 I did they will be hidden so it's sort of up to you and how close you want to get to a real one. 1 Quote
Chapaaz[501st] Posted November 16, 2016 Author Report Posted November 16, 2016 Little bit done today but not much. Still pretty daunted by the fact of making this e11 as I keep thinking I'm a bit out of my depth with it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 1 Quote
Troopacoola[TK] Posted November 16, 2016 Report Posted November 16, 2016 You'll be fine mate! It takes a while to come together, and there will be times that you seem to spend all day on the tiniest of details. But then, all of a sudden it all comes together. It's a slower build than a tk, and skills will improve as you go along. Once you're done, the the bug will hit and you'll want to do another! Marc 1 Quote
Chapaaz[501st] Posted November 19, 2016 Author Report Posted November 19, 2016 Little bit of progress today, got the working trigger done a few bolts drilled out and replaced and picked up my aluminium strip for the scope Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 1 Quote

Chapaaz[501st] Posted November 22, 2016 Author Report Posted November 22, 2016 Little bit more progress it seems to be taking shape now. I had a go at that front sight and used a hacksaw to hollow it out. Sanded down the block I cut out and used a little screw driver as the main sight. Tonight I glued the mag housing and grip on. tarok[TK] Posted November 22, 2016 Report Posted November 22, 2016 Really enjoying your build. Thanks for posting. Did you only glue the grip to the receiver (I think that's what it's called) or did you also attach via screw for extra holding power? Sent from my DH77 using Tapatalk 1 Quote

Sent from my DH77 using Tapatalk I used resin to glue it and I put 3 nails that I cut the head off and trimmed in the grip and drilled the barrel for extra stability. Chapaaz[501st] Posted November 24, 2016 Author Report Posted November 24, 2016 Got some more done on my blaster today. Got the end cap glued ready to paint Got the mag release clip and new base on Got the scope primed and drilled ready for the lenses, screws and brass paint Selector switch and rear sight on So this is pretty much where I'm up to need to cut and fit the scope rail but not sure on measurements.
