Got some newbies questions here. Just making sure all my curiousities are taken care of before I proceed.

1. How do the shoulder bells attach?

2. How are thighs put together and put on?

3. Where does the return edge need to be removed completely?

Have a look at some of the armour build threads. All the answers can be found there, with lots of photos!

Hey Steve. Check out trooperbay.com and Mike has some excellent videos on there. Now they are just a guide and you can assemble your armor how you would like to but it certainly is very handy seeing a good quality video on armor assembly.

And he is ultimately putting together a sandtrooper but there are only a few differences between a TD and an ESB TK assembly.

1) Black nylon or elastic

2) Carefully  ;) . You need to elaborate on this question

3) Wrist side of the forearms

By the thighs, I meant how do they get put on the leg? Just slip the foot through and pull it up?

Thighs are the first bit of armour I put on. Just pull over the feet, then they get attached to the belt/garter and just hang there whilst you get everything else on.
