Home made pauldron

Hi guys! I'm planning to make my own pauldron. Did a material hunt yesterday, just wondering if the orange and black is the right shade and texture?

Those seem like it'll work, but i dont know if stapling the materials and paper to your hands is a good start..

Hmm.. Looks like you're on the right path. I truly don't know much about pauldrons, hopefully someone who does will chime in! Good luck though!

IMO they all look too leathery. The originals were just fabric backed vinyl. The middle orange is close to the correct color.

Ah so should i use vinyl instead then? Because i see most seller are selling "leather pauldron" so i just assume everything is made of leather... If i use the middle leather will it be ok for level 3 HWT btwv

Yes, they are just vinyl. Just get cheap kind at a fabric store, no need to simulate real leather. The originals were kids sized motocross chest protectors. <br><br>

The color seems good. My orange pauldron doesn't have a texture like that. Its fairly smooth.
