Ive been fighting these ejection tabs for a while,,, finally got the form shape right and the radius correct...One of the last body tube problems..Im going to get these brazed to test the process. If all goes well i can make alot of them ..................... (I know ive layed it on the wrong side im just showing how it seats on the part)

Sweet! Can't wait to get one of these. Your counters will have all the looks of the originals plus room on the inside to accommodate electronics like Paul at TRamp offers.

this is the machined inner body,, i have a cast one being done alos,,, its a perfect copy.... The machined one are limited... ive only made 35 of then... IMG_6661_zps2bnxodgn.jpgIMG_6662_zpsfr3oewxs.jpg

 

But i think these will be great for concept builds and adding electronics...

Those machined counter chassis look perfect! I can only imagine the cast ones will be super accurate, looking forward to that. This project is really coming together now. It will really be something to see this through from the beginning! This kit will be legendary in the community, and it will be unrivaled in terms of accuracy from any other commercially available E-11 blaster kit.

The trigger frame is beautiful! Mag well looking sharp too. Will the magazine release work like the real thing?
