illusionz_09[TK] Posted June 24, 2016 Report Posted June 24, 2016 (edited) Nice job. you may need to add a picture of the front of the cod to show the rivet. Should be an easy approval. Good luck Edited June 24, 2016 by illusionz_09 Quote

ukswrath[Staff] Posted June 27, 2016 Report Posted June 27, 2016 Hey Gary, thanks for your application and welcome to your EI review. It's my pleasure to review another fellow GGG member. Let's get started. CRL and EIB Application Requirements: All submission photos have been posted. Your armor displays all the necessary elements to qualify for level 2. Sly and myself would like to welcome to Expert Infantry trooper! Other-Armor Fit/Assembly: In this section we review observations if any, made by your fellow troopers and ourselves. Some observations may lead to suggestions to improve the overall look of your armor. If any suggestion affects any application, it will be listed separately in the above or below sections. None of these suggestions will effect your EIB status. 1) The Hovis screens from Anovos are not exactly screen accurate, and the Vcoder paint outlines are washed out. We've been encouraging applicants to replace the screens and clean up the paint lines as best as possible. Here's what the area should look like. Reference picture 2) The gap at the top of the bells can be tightened by 1/2" allowing the alignment to look better. It's not a huge issue but the tighter the better Reference picture 3. Also not a huge deal but decreasing the gap between the right bicep and forearm would balance both sides out. Centurion Suggestions: Because Centurion photos show much more detail than EIB, items pertaining to Centurion might be seen there and not here. We try to point out all we can from what is seen but the final accuracy is the responsibility of the trooper. This is also where we try and get you in the best possible position for a successful Centurion application. 1) The CRL states there can only be one seal between the kidney and ab. Using some ABS paste and paint this can be easily updated to look like one seam. For level three certification (if applicable): A single visible seam line is present. Reference picture 2) There is to be minimal gap between the back and kidney. This could be a simple picture issue or you may need to tighten the back to kidney straps. Reference pic Great job on your build. Great to have another GGG brother in the EIB ranks. 1 Quote
