TKLee
Guys, Ive got a fibreglass Stormtrooper helmet that has yellowed quite badly. What is the best way to repainr this? It was a present from my wife for our engagement in 2007 so its sentimental to me Thanks Lee
Pretzel
A good paint that I used for my thigh shims is RUST-O-LEUM Painter's Touch 2X. It matches my AP armor very well. IDK if you have armor and want to match it, but I would find paint that matches. Usually a hardware store like Home Depot will help you with matching of the paint. DK5IDE[TK]
Don't know if your helmet is a candidate for it or how far it's yellowed, but I believe Trooperbay sells an de-yellowing compound. Some have seen improvements in getting armor back to original color. May be worth a shot vs. trying the paint route.
