jodo28[TK] Posted June 15, 2016 Author Report Posted June 15, 2016 Thanks for checking it out. It's nice to see how we all look out and encourage each other to better our builds. Quote
Sly11[Admin] Posted June 16, 2016 Report Posted June 16, 2016 Hi Joe We require a photo of the back of your E11 showing the D ring, it does look as though from the side shots, youare missing this. It forms part of the CRL requirement for EIB. If you don't have one, could you please organise and then re submit a photo showing the D ring. As per CRL D-ring mounted on the rear. Thanks Joe, and nice build by the way Quote
jodo28[TK] Posted June 18, 2016 Author Report Posted June 18, 2016 Here's a picture of the D ring as requested. Thanks, Joe Quote
Sly11[Admin] Posted June 19, 2016 Report Posted June 19, 2016 Hi Joe, welcome to your expert infantry review, here we go!! CRL and EIB Application Requirements: All required photos have been posted and your armor meets all EI requirements. We would like to welcome you to the EI rank, Congratulations!. Other-Armor Fit/Assembly: In this part of the review process, we see how the armour fits you and also check the balance of parts and some finer details. Our aim here is always to get you looking your best by suggesting tweaks and adjustments. This is a precursor to Centurion, but if anything is required according to the CRL for that level, we will make mention in the below section as well. We must say a big well done on this incredible build. Not only does it fit you well, but the balance and paint details on the helmet that arent decals is also spot on. Only Three minor things we can suggest. 1. Just keep an eye on the top shoulder bell straps. We can see that they are prety close to the bridges, but they are pulling the white elastic that connects chest to back, out from underneath the plastic bridges themselves. 2. The butt plate is popping out and moving up all way around. The easiest fix here is to use some wider, heavier duty elastic, and shorten the straps up, but you could also attach the snap plates closer to the return edge of the butt and kidney plates to allow less movement.Spacing the end two straps closer to the outer edges will stop the ends from popping out. 3. Thermal det screws. Just an accuracy thing for that just stepped off the movie set look. Centurion Suggestions: Although you must follow the guidelines as set out in the CRL for Centurion, the final level of accuracy is up to the trooper. You are indeed on the right path sir, its the eye for details we truly appreciate, and unless something comes up in the extra photos required in a level 3 submission, we see absolutely no reason why you cant go all the way. Have a crack at those above mentioned mods and you are there. Thank you for such a clean application, it was our pleasure to review it. Congratulation trooper, 1 Quote
jodo28[TK] Posted June 19, 2016 Author Report Posted June 19, 2016 Well that was certainly a pleasure to wake up to! Thanks for the review of my build and the added suggestions to make it even better looking. Quote
