william1134 Posted June 8, 2016 Report Posted June 8, 2016 (edited) Hi all, I am currently building a doopydoo blaster in the style of ANH, but I was wondering what everybodys personal favourite design was. For me I like the ANH blaster because it is full of bits and bobs to make it seem spacey, but the ROTJ blaster has a nice scope mount, which makes it look much more industrial and better suited to the tough life a blaster would of had. I realise that with ANH there were differences between the blasters as bits kept falling off, but I am just looking at the general design. Edited June 8, 2016 by william1134 Quote
humperdingle Posted June 8, 2016 Report Posted June 8, 2016 (edited) ANH is much nicer IMO. The rear greeblies and horrid 'U' tracks on the ROTJ are a bit ugly Edited June 8, 2016 by humperdingle Quote
The5thHorseman[501st] Posted June 8, 2016 Report Posted June 8, 2016 I've always digged the ROTJ Blaster. With a hengstler it could be absolutely perfect. Still it's the one I prefer. 1 Quote
kman[TK] Posted June 8, 2016 Report Posted June 8, 2016 I like the ANH E11 best, complete with Hengstler counter and power cylinders. Just looks cooler to me. Quote
william1134 Posted June 8, 2016 Author Report Posted June 8, 2016 I think I agree with the The5thHorseman in that I would quite prefer a hybrid! ANH blaster but with the scope rail from ROTJ would make a smart weapon! I am not too sure if I am entirely sold on those power cylinders.. hmmmm Quote
