BDWC[TK] Posted May 15, 2016 Report Posted May 15, 2016 (edited) Are these screws right? They look to have a raised section around the hole. The teeth look to have too much gumline and the Hovi tip mesh looks to be too course. I would have assumed that the 501st would have had input into the screen accuracy of these buckets, but seeing this one in person has me confused, but then I don't know so much about the Hero version. If I'm way off on these notes, please just enjoy the photos Edited May 15, 2016 by BDWC Quote
MClass Posted May 16, 2016 Report Posted May 16, 2016 That's either an eFX LE or Master Replicas Stormtrooper helmet. Not the real deal. 1 Quote
TK bondservnt[501st] Posted May 16, 2016 Report Posted May 16, 2016 It is certainly not a screen used helmet. The vocoder paint is much more stunt than hero. 1 Quote
jkno Posted May 16, 2016 Report Posted May 16, 2016 Looks a lot like the Master Replicas or EFX Limited Edition (LE) fiberglass helmet 1 Quote
Rob .T .[TK] Posted May 16, 2016 Report Posted May 16, 2016 Whatever it is , it was never in any Star Wars movie, that's for sure ! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk 1 Quote
Cricket[TK] Posted May 17, 2016 Report Posted May 17, 2016 I saw that when I was there, too! And haha about the gummy frown! I thought that the blue color of the tube stripes looked off to me as well. Maybe it was the lighting in there. Quote

Yea, I felt kind of weird pointing out the "wonky-ness" of this bucket to my family ...and then they started to see it, and it was like watching a sunrise 1 Quote
ABS80 Posted May 19, 2016 Report Posted May 19, 2016 If its a EFX/Master replica ect.. there's no wonkiness because it was completely idealized. Quote

There is the MR/EFX LE which is made of fiberglass and which retains the asymmetrical look and is a Hero version (though still idealized) - this is the expensive helmet that comes with limited edition plaque, COA, stand, and then there is the MR CE/EFX PCR which is perfectly symmetrical, made of ABS and no stand or plaque and much cheaper.
