Hey guys, just received my pre-order soft goods from the Classic trooper pre-order back at Star Wars celebration and all I got was the gloves and body suit.  Was there not a neck seal, holster and belt to come with it?   I checked my order status on the site and it state my order was full filed. Anyone else have this issue with their pre-order?

Hey Pete,

neckseal, holster and belt should be in the box with the armor...

Did you also order the armour , or just the soft parts ? Everyone seems to have received your " missing parts" with their armour I'm afraid .

Confirmed. Armor box has the belt, holster and neck seal. Soft goods separate bag only has the gloves, top and bottom under suit.

Hey guys, are there people here who didn't get the soft goods yet? Cause I'm still waiting for a confirmation mail or anything. Starting to get worried here...

I haven't gotten them or any email either.

Mine is stuck in customs for a few days, still waiting for it to get here...why does it take so long ,I mean it is just a plastic envelope with some pants, shirt and some rubber gloves...

I don't get why the soft goods had a customs charge....The total value can't be that much!

Royal Mail charge an £8 'handling fee', and add it to whatever the actual customs fee is!
