I actually like the fiberglass helmet too, though it did take getting used to.

 

I also think my favorite configuration to troop in is the one Tony is using. The vest and rifle really gives the trooper some weight and it's relatively comfortable. The riot stick and heavy cannon however quickly fade from "hey, this is fun!" to "how much further is the changing room where I can drop this crap off."
