starsaber25[Admin] Posted March 16, 2016 Report Posted March 16, 2016 Hi Brandon! I see you didn't take long to submit for centurion. You armor looks great! I see you made the changes that were mentioned in your EIB thread. The only thing that sticks out to me is your frown. I see you went out to a point but however the point is supposed to be after the tooth where you have the point currently. Take a look at this photo... So the fourth tooth down should be painted and then the point comes after that. I only point this out because centurion has the most stringent standards and when you make the commitment to go this route you really are aiming to have the best set of armor that you can possibly make. It may or may not effect your application but overall it would really make your armor pop! Good luck and you have built an awesome set of armor. 1 Quote
justjoseph63[Staff] Posted March 16, 2016 Report Posted March 16, 2016 Great to see another Anovos kit up for Centurion, and it looks great, Brandon! I noticed the frown as well, which is a super easy fix. They may ask you to remove the paint from the single snap on the ab plate, though... Looking sharp, trooper! 1 Quote
IceStormTK[TK] Posted March 16, 2016 Report Posted March 16, 2016 Looks great, Brandon. Best of luck to you...but you won't need much! 1 Quote

Target92[501st] Posted March 17, 2016 Author Report Posted March 17, 2016 Here are the new photos of the frown. Please note that the paint is still wet, hence the shininess. Quote
Target92[501st] Posted March 17, 2016 Author Report Posted March 17, 2016 Have removed all trace of overspray as well as paint on abdomen button. Quote
ukswrath[Staff] Posted March 17, 2016 Report Posted March 17, 2016 Alright Brandon, thank you for your patience and for applying to Centurion CRL and Centurion Application Requirements: All required submission photos have been posted. Thank you for making all the requested repairs and updating your submission pictures. After careful review Sly and myself would like to formerly welcome you to Centurion, in addition we'd also like to congratulate you as having first ANOVOS armor at the Centurion level. Excellent work on your build Brandon. Other-Armor Fit/Assembly: In this section Sly or myself may suggest corrections to make your armor look it's best. At Centurion we strive for accuracy and there's an area you could enhance to make your armor even more accurate. Anovos uses pan head screws to secure the ears to the helmet instead of screen accurate "V" head. Replacing those would add that extra touch 1 Quote
Target92[501st] Posted March 17, 2016 Author Report Posted March 17, 2016 Thank you very much for granting me this opportunity, since starting on this build (which is my first) I was intimidated by the large pile of plastic; but thanks to the expert tutelage of both TK1636 as well as yourself I was able to make this armor look even better than I could have ever hoped! 1 Quote
