A neighbour knocked today and handed me a parcel they had signed for while I was at work (away Sunday to Friday) and this was in it...

Deactivated obviously, with its certificate so everything's above board...

The deactivation has cut the breach block in half vertically along the length and then welded it back into place but also cut the rear inch and a half off replacing it with a piece of steel tube that the cooking handle fits (very roughly) into... this allows the cocking action to still work but without moving the breach itself...

One thing I wasn't impressed with is the fact the muzzle bolts have been welded so they can't come out, not a problem as such but by eck it looks ugly...

And now I have to go to working won't be home till late Friday so can't do anything to it as there's no way I'm taking it in the truck with me lol...

Yeah I know but I didn't notice my auto-correct changed it as my phone is used to me putting Stirling as in the place because I collect from there regularly...

My phone likes making me look an idiot, not that I need much help...

All technology likes to try and make you look daft it's taking over. :R2D2:

Can't wait to see this. :jc_doublethumbup:

I hope it don't take over, we'll forever be switching the world off and on again...

Ooooh a thought occurred to me, drill + bolt extractor? (Welded muzzle)

Thoughts?
