Samurai Trooper for Celebration

Hello!

​Last Celebration(Essen) I attended I dressed up as a stormtrooper/viking hybrid just for loz... because our Nordic Invasion propaganda from Nordic Garrison.

So this year... totally unrelated... I decided to keep my hybrationspree and got inspiration from the East.

Lets go Samurai!

So we had a local cosplay convetion a few weeks back and I pulled this thing together with the help from my roomie (who had lived in Japan for a couple of years):
 

 

 

Would be cool if more could join in to Celebration London so we could take a group photo or something.

I like to keep things simple... sure I could have made more details and approvements, but I decided no to.

Most excellent!  I love it when the samurai influence on Star Wars seeps back in.  I've seen some samurai-inspired Mando's, too, also quite cool.

Awesome! Currently trying to finish my conversion of my armor to a Samurai as well for  celebration! Would be awesome to meet up and take a photo or two

Hi, new to this site but just thought I'd reply as I am going to be at Celebration on the Sunday in full Stormtrooper Samurai along with my friend who will be in full Darth Vader Samurai.

Hello, new to the forum, doing something similar, just wondering what did you use for the armor plating on the shoulders and upper legs?
