P-ROD Posted February 26, 2016 Report Posted February 26, 2016 (edited) I'm a new recruit. I've seen some holster ,but which holster is right for SE-14R used by TK? Edited February 29, 2016 by P-ROD Quote
Nagedzi[TK] Posted February 26, 2016 Report Posted February 26, 2016 The middle one is the holster this Hero TK is using with his SE-14r in the promotional shots: Quote
gmrhodes13[Staff] Posted February 26, 2016 Report Posted February 26, 2016 I made mine the same as this Mine Quote
Locitus[Admin] Posted February 26, 2016 Report Posted February 26, 2016 Top one. Looking at a more high-rez picture the cut of the leather gets more apparent. Funny thing is, I've never noticed this before myself. Quote

Locitus[Admin] Posted February 26, 2016 Report Posted February 26, 2016 Generally stunt and hero both use the middle one. It's just this particular trooper that has an alternative holster design. And neither of them wore the SE-14R in the movie either. Quote

Rob .T .[TK] Posted February 27, 2016 Report Posted February 27, 2016 As this gun was only used in one photo session , and never in the movies ( by a stormtrooper ) , is it a clearable sidearm for 501 events ? ( I'm assuming not ) As the trooper in the ad photos wears a hero helmet , surely no stunt helmeted TK should ever consider this gun ? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Quote

P-ROD Posted February 28, 2016 Author Report Posted February 28, 2016 Yes it is. Our FISD founder was known for having one. Sent from my iPhone 6 using Tapatalk so,if I need make a se-14R holster for ANH stunt I should choose middle one ? Quote
Daetrin[Admin] Posted February 28, 2016 Report Posted February 28, 2016 Yes it is. Our FISD founder was known for having one. Sent from my iPhone 6 using Tapatalk LOL - Yup, and while we used the official SW "stepping out" trooper for our logo art, it's me & my SE-14R on at least one coin, I think two. Why? Because TK4205 did the artwork and since we are in the same garrison, I made a convenient model. 1 Quote

TKZombie[TK] Posted May 3, 2016 Report Posted May 3, 2016 The CLR has only listed under the HERO builds under optional. SE-14R BlasterFor 501st approval: The SE-14R blaster was only seen on promotional pictures. It has a correct scope if carried in lieu of the E-11 for informal events. Quote
Locitus[Admin] Posted May 3, 2016 Report Posted May 3, 2016 Just get one and make it accurate. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk Quote
Nagedzi[TK] Posted July 10, 2016 Report Posted July 10, 2016 Somehow Death Troopers attach their SE-14r's without a holster It is cool that they're the official sidearms of these new troops! It looks like it's affixed with some sort of strap--once I figure that out, I might have to do that for some non-canon troops! Or...attach it that way for my TIE. Quote

It's too bad too, I love my SE-14r... Might have to get a Hero helmet soon I guess! Quote
Daetrin[Admin] Posted October 14, 2016 Report Posted October 14, 2016 FYI this is only for costume approval. What you do at a troop is up to you. Personally I prefer Hero over Stunt anyway...but that's me 1 Quote
