Hi all, I started an Aluminium E-11 Blaster
I'm using hauih's metric templates and the ones from the reference thread.
Here is what I have so far:

I bought a 40mm aluminium pipe. It's 2mm thick.

Hey man. Always keen to see new builds, but (1) can't open your links. Make sure you post in photo bucket or similar so the pics show within your post. And (2), probably best to post it in the E-11 section, not F-11D. I know, it's only one letter, but it makes a difference

Hauih gave me his incredible detailed scope templates and I made the scope on a turning machine. It's made out of 4 parts + lenses. Here are two more pictures of the scope:

 I guess I will paint it black at the end. But I can make some pictures when it's assembled and unpainted, if you wish   

 

Today I made another part of the folding stock and started with the main pipe.

I know, the workbench is a mess now

But holy sh**, it's a lot of hard training to drill all those holes without a pillar drill!

I will be following this build for sure. I plan on making my own metal folding stock as well. However I am using the 38 mm aluminum pipe and Aarons muzzel kit. Also planing on a metal handle and magazine assembly. Great start.

Question. Are these templates available in normal size printer paper? I would like to print one set out however the template I have is around 24 inches.

The templates I have are DIN A4. Check out the e-11 blaster Reference download section. I also have some templates from imperial-fleet.com and hauih gave me bis templates. I can ASK him to post the download link here.<br>

but my pipe is 40mm - not 1 1/2" (~38mm)!

@ the others: thanks, nice to hear, that you're interested. Maybe I'll make a small run (of 5-10 blasters) in the future.

I'm not sure if the serial numbers match the original ones
I really can't wait to finish this project... My girlfriend is getting mad at me, because I only have the blaster on my mind
