Have you tried Novus and it didn't work? I'm working my way through my armour with Novus 2, and it's making a real difference.

I'll second the Meguiar's. I used it while following Pandatrooper's build thread and it worked great.

I'l third the Meguiar's.  Novus works really well too.  Oddly enough, you can usually find it at the Container Store.

Almost any polish made for automobile use will do . If your armour is dull, use one with a mild abrasive , if it's not, just use polish ...wax on , wax off ..... There's no magic , just elbow grease and car polish

If you're in the UK Caravan cleaner.  The stuff they have on offer in Aldi occasionally is especially good.
