New Member looking for Garrison

Hello all! I'm looking for the garrison I need to contact so that I can get properly started on my Road-To-501st Adventure, but.. I'm not sure whom to contact.

^ According to this, the New York garrison is the Empire City Garrison (Redforce), but from what I've read on their website, it looks like they cover New York City. (Correct me if I'm wrong.)

I'm from Central New York, nestled between the cities of Auburn and Syracuse. What do I do about that? Any help is greatly appreciated.
