Alright David thanks for your patience and your Centurion application. Let's get to it shall we.

CRL and Centurion Application Requirements:

All submission photos have been posted. Great looking build sir. As you know at Centurion we want your armor to look its best. There are several areas Sly and myself feel need some attention before we pin that sweet Centurion badge on your chest.

1. Close shoulder bell bell gap. There needs to be very little gap here.

2. Right forearm is lower than the left. Can you bring it up so that it's level with the left side.

3. Thighs are a bit low. Are they as high up as the can go? We'd like to see them a little higher if possible.

FRONT1c.jpg

Should look more like this.

4. Back plate to Kidney gap is to be little to no gap according to the CRL. This can be fixed by adjusting your straps.

5. Posterior overlapping the kidney. Again adjust the connecting straps

BACKb.jpg

Should look more like this

gallery_12157_11_577038.jpg

6. Tube stripes are a little large (too thick). We suggest you thin them out a bit please

7. We'd also like you the touch up the black outline around the rear traps where it looks like the paint bleed under the tape.

HELMET%20BACKb.jpg

8. Forearm return edge. As stated in the CRL there can be absolutely no return edge.

WRIST%20FOREARMSb.jpg

9. Chest raises above the ab when arms raised. The CRL states the chest plate overlaps the abdominal plate. This can be fixed by simply shortening the connecting straps.

Here's a screen reference pic

We know there are a few items to work on but most of them are pretty simple fixes. You've done a fine job on your build so far. Make these adjustment and post updated pictures and the badge is yours.

Here are the fixes

1. Shoulder bell gap. Brought in to the top of the shoulder.

2. Forearms are now even.

3. Thighs were brought up as high as they can go. I opened up the back, opened the gap a bit, and recovered it by butt joints. When I cut the ATA kit, this is the tallest that the kit was molded in when I cut it on the mold lines. Without keeping the front cover ridge close to the canon dimensions, It would have to be opened up and widened with a bigger cover strip than what it calls for.

4. Back and Kidney gap was closed

5. Posterior overlap removed.

BACK_1.jpg

6. Tube Stripes thinned out

Stripes1.jpg

7. Rear Traps Fixed. Removed over run from paint.

TRAP.jpg

8. Forearm return edge cut down and sanded

9. Chest brought down lower so not to cause it to raise over ab. (posterior kicked out due to shift in the armor, but returns to place)
