justjoseph63[Staff] Posted December 31, 2015 Report Posted December 31, 2015 REALLY nice job on your ATA build, Jose, and beautiful paint work! Should a pretty easy pass for EIB, sir. It looks as if you are (hopefully) going for Centurion, so at some point you will need to cut the 22mm x 22mm notches out of the front bottoms of the kidney, but it looks great. Is there a way you can line up the tops of your ab/kidney a bit better? The rivets should line up side by side. Looking forward to welcoming you to the ranks! 1 Quote

troopermaster Posted December 31, 2015 Report Posted December 31, 2015 Just want to point out in case others follow (no affect on submission) but you assembled your shins using both outer parts for one leg and both inner parts for the other. 1 Quote

ukswrath[Staff] Posted January 6, 2016 Report Posted January 6, 2016 Hi Jose, Happy New Year and thank you for your application. Sorry for the delay CRL and EIB Application Requirements: All submission photos have been submitted and all requirements have been met for Expert Infantry. Congratulations and welcome trooper. Also, you're the first EIB of 2016 :happy and cheerful birthday: Other-Armor Fit/Assembly:In this section, we review suggestions made by your fellow troopers and our own observations. All go towards improving the final look of your armor. One area that caught our eyes was your TD to belt position, it sitting very high. Lowering it a bit will help preventing it from falling off or being stolen during troops. It also gives the armor assembly a better look. Another area of concern as mentioned by Paul are your shins. You have two inner sections on one leg and two outer sections on the other. Though this won't effect your application we're suggesting you contact Terrell at ATA for clarification. Centurion Suggestions: If you choose to apply for Centurion you'll need to create the 22mm notch in the kidney as seen here. Great job 1 Quote
