Firing up the stove and pot of water - doing a test run on my shoulder straps to give them a slight curve to get ready for my forearms is a couple of days.

 

Using Tony's boil technique from his Anovos build.

The old magic 197°F just worked beautifully

Alright the process:

1. Brought water to a 197*F boil

2. Dropped shoulder strap into pot for about 5 seconds

3. Took strap out and slowly formed arch

- abs was hot to touch but not burning (still recommend gloves to err on safety side)

4. Repeat process till desired form was achieved
