First up for inspection my friends - Helmet

Are the teeth square enough?

Have I cut my returns down enough in the eyes?

And many thanks in advance for your extra eyes and honest opinions - it will help ensure I achieve Centurion :duim:

Really appreciate it mate - thank-you

Second, Ab plate -

The CRL picture shows the button strip really square, and I have in turn done the same. However, the corners after sanding are still really sharp and has become a safety concern of mine. Anyone know how far we can round down the corners before it becomes unacceptable?

Everything looks ready to be assembled. Don't worry about rounding the corners off the ab 4 button piece. You won't be catching or poking any small child's eye out, stick to reference photos.

Oober thanks - I will start assembly on biceps and forearms tonight!

Quick question: It's the inside seam that we put the Velcro on for the forearms using butt joint method - correct?

I believe so... That's the one that'd be hidden to the public eye. From experience, you'll never have to open the forearms, although I've only seen one TK do this...

I'm just checking in advance as I haven't sized yet. Just want to be ready if my big mitts don't fit through lol

Yeah unless you're lifting trucks for a living you should be able to seal them up.

Looking good. I'm thinking of slowly starting again later this week so you may catch up to me in no time buddy.

Eyes and teeth look nicely done

Yea, I'm not too fond of this method though...

Ya I'm not a big fan of the hooks either but it must be done - actually I'm going to check about Velcro on the other Centurion applications to see if it's approvable as there's nothing on the CRL about it. Edited by Pyrates

If there's nothing on the CRL about it, it's not a requirement, just gives you peace of mind that you have a screen accurate suit...

Also, I read that in regards to strapping systems, it's not a requirement for Centurion, but as I said above, gives one peace of mind to know they have a suit comparably strapped like that of '77
