Hey everyone,

I am curious how your garrisons event coordinators handle putting up events for members to see and also allowing other clubs (Mando Mercs, Rebel Legion, etc) to see those events. Do you have a calendar all the clubs can go to to see events? Is it on your 501st site? Is it a separate site? Do you even share events?

Thanks for your help and input.

We basically have 2 areas: 501st only, and multi-club.  Some troops are 501st only and we put them there.  Most troops are open to our affiliated clubs, e.g. Rebel Legion.  Our local mercs at least do not reflect a positive experience so we do not partner with them, though we have done a few things with the R2 builders, Saarlac, and Saber's Guild.

Our 501st and Rebel groups work closely together as we have many dual members. All events are posted to each other's forum. We don't have much of a Mando presence here...

With the exception of the part about the local Mandos (whom we work very well with), this is also how Garrison Tyranus does things.

Our 501st forum is for 501st event requests.

Most local R2 builders and RL are also 501st members and can see the events. However, those other clubs only join us if the event specifically requests them as well.

There are a few exceptions, like FanExpo, where our group coordinates our presence at the event and invites the Builders and RL.

SoCross has no special access to Troop Planning for other clubs. We have a lot of dual members ( hang on, that isn't right, we have 3 clubs represented. What is the term for being in 3 clubs?), so that if an invite can include the other clubs, it is cross posted on the other clubs forum. If it isn't cross posted, then it is only the invited club involved.
