cjdesign[TK] Posted October 14, 2015 Report Posted October 14, 2015 Looking at many different builds and I've seen both white and black under straps. I know white is canon for ANH, but what about ESB TKs? Can I use black instead of white? What are pro and cons if any? Thanks Troops. Quote
justjoseph63[Staff] Posted October 14, 2015 Report Posted October 14, 2015 Go with the white, Carl. Just remember to fold the ends over about half an inch and CA (super) glue them for strength before attaching the snaps. Quote
The5thHorseman[501st] Posted October 14, 2015 Report Posted October 14, 2015 2 inches wide white elastic. ESB armors are the same than ANH. 1 Quote

justjoseph63[Staff] Posted October 14, 2015 Report Posted October 14, 2015 (edited) Personally I would stick with the elastic. I think nylon of any sort may restrict your range of motion, which could cause the snaps to come undone and/or put undue stress on the shoulder bridge areas of the chest and back plate.
