By the way - I had purchased the Rustoleum already - So I was careful to test before use for "yellow goop"

 

I got away without Yellow Goop... but then it sprayed white POWDER all over  the torso - like dry but sticky white powder... I had to wipe and sand some of it off...

 

Lesson officially learned - using Rustoleum is Self-Abuse...

Its fine for repairs after you get a quality/durable paint job done.
