So, the first 100 or so helmets had bad curing and I know I cut a ticket with them months ago, but have not heard a thing in the past 60 days. Has anyone gotten a replacement helmet yet?

Yeah, mine arrived on Friday.  I mailed my original helmet back to them about five weeks earlier.

I submitted my ticket in late September. My replacement is being delivered tomorrow. Anything specifically that you're wondering about?

FWIW, mine has not yet arrived, no emails, no status :(

Ugh. The only reason I know it is coming is because of the FedEx Delivery Manager notification I received.<br><br>

FYI - this thread should be in the member's only section. Discussing the quality of the product or replacement processes is most certainly covered by the NDA. Just trying to keep us in good shape. :)
