Glad to see you have fixed some issues with mobile connection in the UK, I can now get on the site with my phone which I'd on Vodafone...<br><br>

However, I am still unable to get on with my tablet, or phone if using WiFi, for my WiFi I use ee mobile 4g, site is still inaccessible when using this giving an error of 'server not found' <br><br>

I bought the tablet specifically so I could view threads on here in preparation for my build so I'm hoping you can fix this issue too...<br><br>

Hopefully the last changes will take effect for you within the day. It appears most users have their normal access restored, but please relize that some things are outside FISD control when it comes to how long the fixes take to have an effect..

I had to change the DNS server on my WiFi router to Google DNS: 8.8.8.8. FISD now works like a charm on all my devices again.

OpenDNS servers are also a rather nice alternative for those who prefer less google-snooping. 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220

 

Btw, it should be resolved world-wide by now. If not, it's more likely to be a fault at your ISP, than at our end.

That's what I did when I started to get issues and it worked well, so I can recommand doing that too. Even though people who still have issues will most likely never read that until it's sorted out!
