I've found Walt's ears to be easier than most. Just a few mm's away from the line in the mold and you're good to go.

 

Nice progress. I need to finish my WTF one of these days... not that it will fit me... but it fulfills the need to F up some abs.

That first pic looks horrifying, mirrored helmets are scary.

If you like the wider ears go for it, they do come of a little wide when you don't wear the rest of the armor,but when you do, it will look good.

Belt is done. Only button covers left - will be sanding them down a bit - they are thick as heck.

Snaps are installed on ab.

 

Also, holster is connected with snaps

Lost the mojo when the forum swapped servers, and DNS went all haywire. So not that many progress shoots going on in the end.

But here's the finished part. Thanks a lot for all you people that helped me on the way - couldn't have gotten this far without you.

Edit: If possible you need to drop the right bicep a bit and reign in the gap between it and the right forearm, there's quite a bit of room there.

One last thing, when taking pictures make sure your chest plate is positioned over your ab. Do what you must to keep it down.

That is true. I'll have to tighten the left chest to ab strap. I had that problem at troop as well - not that it glides up, but it needs to be corrected more.

I'll apply for EIB and Centurion when my blaster shows up. (shivers)

Now I'm doing the final touches for centurion. I'll have to take new pictures - since the old ones is so dark.

 

The major change I had to do were to trim down all returnedge on the ab button cover. It's done, and it's curing as we speak!
