Darth Aloha[Admin] Posted June 24, 2015 Report Posted June 24, 2015 These photos and text have been placed here with permission from the original posters. Many thanks to Krista (kme1682/IG-1682) for compiling all this information. All the photos in the FISD gallery: From TK6682 (Bender): From TK-8453 (niugnep) TK Echo says: A overlap on one seam [with glue tab] and a butt joint with a shim glued behind on the other seam. The seam with the shim is to have bondo and sanded flush so it is hidden once painted. Camprandall says: The short side of the biceps has a glue surface tab. The bondo'd longer edge just butt joined with a backing strip. I'm putting backing strips anywhere there's a joint I feel might be at all weak, especially if it's under bondo. Quote
