Helmet: AM 2.0

Canvas belt:  Imperial issue

Hand plates:  Home-made latex

*  AM 2.0 chest plate, back plate, ab, and kidney were replaced with ATA.  Kidney and ab were replaced due to rivets being in the wrong position, and back was replaced as it would not fit with new ATA kidney. TD plate (too narrow) was replaced with wider TM plate.  Also, my apologies for the lame "action shot".   Thank you for your consideration.

Side note:  I noticed my bicep elastic is too high, and keeps slipping upward.  I will remedy that today  Update: DONE, (pic added in last post).  TD screws updated to flat head (see photo in 2nd post).

Only thing I see that really stands out is you spelled 'left' wrong.   :laugh1:

Awesome job!  Folks might recommend swapping your screws out on the TD to slotted, but not required.  Good luck!

Good eye, and thanks, Scott!  Screws have been replaced and painted.  Unfortunately, Photobucket will not let me change the spelling now that it's done, so there is nothing lest to do but leave it as it is. :P

Alright Joseph! Your jorney has finally arrived! Thank you for your Centurion application and let's get to it!!!

CRL and Centurion Application Requirements:

All the required submission photos have been posted. Your armor now contains all necessary details to obtain Centurion. Congratulations and welcome!!!

Other-Armor Fit/Assembly:

With your arrival at Centurion, there isn't much to add in this section. I would like to add for those following along that the original shot near the top of the wrist openings of Joseph's forearms showed remaining return edge within the opening at the square intent ridge. ALL return edge within the opening is required to be removed which Joe has done.

It is also important to note that Joe's original costume was the AM chest which has been replaced with a more accurate version and it was WELL worth it!!

I like the improvements done to your Thermal Detonator as well in the overall length and the new screw hardware.

If there was one other thing I would look into, it would be the correct screw hardware for the front of your scope. "X" head screws were never seen here as in this scope exampleScopebuild6_zpsffqzdmfa.jpg

Well done and congrats overall!!!

Thank you SO much, Steve!  You have gone above and beyond the call of duty on this one with all the help and answers to all my odd questions.  I will get those scope screws taken care of this afternoon... Next up, HWT Centurion

Congrats!!

I'm ordering the AM 2.0 next month. Still kicking around the idea of a different helmet, though. I figure I'll do the AM chest and back at first for basic approval, and I'll get a more accurate replacement down the road.

No, but it certainly does look like it!  What that is, Sean, is a small indentation that AM builds into the ear guard to assist you in the correct screw placement.  Mine happened to be off by about 1/32 of an inch, and is casting a small shadow.

Ah cool. My two AM 2.0 kits were off as well and I just finished wrestling with them. I just drilled new holes in the helmet halves rather than the ear. Thanks for showing us what a right AM kit looks like.
