I would suggest looking in the getting started section for starters. once you have done that, you can look as some build threads here http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/forum/45-heavy-weapons-trooper/ and make sure you check out the CRL for the criteria for Heavy Weapons Trooper on the 501st website.
