TK4205 Posted May 28, 2015 Report Posted May 28, 2015 The ANOVOS helmet is flat white, but the new troopers look shiny in the trailer. I suggest repainting the bucket. What are your thoughts? Quote
Barcoder[TK] Posted May 28, 2015 Report Posted May 28, 2015 I've used spray wax on the helmet and it shines up quite nicely. It doesn't come out super glossy, but it does make it shiny enough. I'm not sure I'd re-paint it. 1 Quote
sylverbard[TK] Posted May 28, 2015 Report Posted May 28, 2015 Outside in the sun its very shiny. Quote
Zaphod[TK] Posted May 29, 2015 Report Posted May 29, 2015 I think Francisco (Echo) said at Celebration, he is/will be working on a variation of his current fan system for the TFA bucket. Quote

tkrestonva[TK] Posted June 3, 2015 Report Posted June 3, 2015 A repaint isn't necessary. I took some Novus 2 to a small part of my helmet, just to see what would happen. Turns out it shines up quite nicely. Quote

TK4205 Posted June 19, 2015 Author Report Posted June 19, 2015 I posted details somewhere on this forum years ago, lost in the threads no doubt. It's just an old radio shack amp that I spiced up with vac formed covers. Quote
