The ANOVOS helmet is flat white, but the new troopers look shiny in the trailer.

 

I suggest repainting the bucket. What are your thoughts?

I've used spray wax on the helmet and it shines up quite nicely. It doesn't come out super glossy, but it does make it shiny enough.

I'm not sure I'd re-paint it.

I think Francisco (Echo) said at Celebration, he is/will be working on a variation of his current fan system for the TFA bucket.

A repaint isn't necessary. I took some Novus 2 to a small part of my helmet, just to see what would happen. Turns out it shines up quite nicely. :)

I've used it on paint before, to bring out the luster. Good call, Brian.

I posted details somewhere on this forum years ago, lost in the threads no doubt. It's just an old radio shack amp that I spiced up with vac formed covers.
