KaitoTrooper[TK] Posted June 4, 2015 Report Posted June 4, 2015 If you're afraid to trim to much, heat it up carefully an press it flat. I had to do that, too, on one thigh. Sent from the shield generator on Endor 1 Quote

KaitoTrooper[TK] Posted June 4, 2015 Report Posted June 4, 2015 I used an industrial one to set my heat (350 degree celsius) Sent from the shield generator on Endor Quote
Darth Havoc[TK] Posted June 5, 2015 Report Posted June 5, 2015 (edited) what you want to do is taper the thigh armor so that you don't have too much of a gap at the knee. (something like a church bell is not what you want it to look like) I have large thighs as well and this, next to the ears was the most difficult part for my build. Sent from the shield generator on Endor Be careful, and if you can, put something cold like a bag of ice cubes on the outside to keep the plastic cool. 1 Quote
Sonnenschein Posted June 6, 2015 Report Posted June 6, 2015 Isn't there a hot glue, which isn't as hot? Quote
