#RaveTrooper Posted May 11, 2015 Report Posted May 11, 2015 Started with Helmet, A problemo número uno has presented itself. And how does one fix this? Or don't fix it and just cry bc you ruined your helmet. Quote
#RaveTrooper Posted May 11, 2015 Author Report Posted May 11, 2015 The Back cap doesn't overlap enough, I'm just not understanding how im suppose to recover from this. Or if its suppose to look like this, Here is a shot from the front (well aware I need to add another tooth in the frown) Quote
Raintrooper Posted May 11, 2015 Report Posted May 11, 2015 Don't panic.. You're still ok. There's still quite a bit to trim off at the face-plate opening. All that 'rippled' plastic and the 'lip' under the chin needs to come off. Don't worry about the two pieces lining up perfectly on the sides. It all comes together once you screw the ears in place and put the rubber S-trim on. 3 Quote
bpoodoo Posted May 14, 2015 Report Posted May 14, 2015 If you do find that you have a large gap between faceplate and cap&back you might be able to use the bottom of the ear as a "bridge" between them. http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/index.php?/topic/22532-Adhesive-for-%27S%27-neck-trim/page__view__findpost__p__354993 Quote
