TK-7186[TK] Posted April 15, 2015 Report Posted April 15, 2015 Sorry if this has been asked, but I was not able to find any information on this. I am helping someone build an AM suit of armor. I have talked to a few people and received different ideas. When velcroing the one side. Is the armor over lapping the other side of the armor and the cover strip is glued and even with the overlapping edge or are you gluing the cover strip halfway on one side and velcoring the cover strip to the other side of the armor? Which one is the norm that most people use? Thanks, Gerrit Quote

PiettLives[TK] Posted April 15, 2015 Report Posted April 15, 2015 Velcro the shins only as there's no need to do the arms. Have the cover strip attached to the "outside" and use the soft Velcro on the "inside" and make sure to wrap it around the edge. Put the hard Velcro on the under side of the cover strip. 1 Quote
