Do anyone know where i can buy one or have the instructions/sizes for making one, its the only part ive not sourced yet and im wanting to get it ready to submit to 501st

there are some people in the UK who do a fine job.

 

contact troopermaster here on the boards, he'll get you sorted out.

 

BTW I make holsters too, but for faster service it would be best to source locally

Thanks, but the link in my post was not my build, although mine does look very much like it. I used the diagram in the link to make my pattern. I will try to post some pictures of my actual build.

Here are all the imitation leather parts I cut out to make one holster. Everything is doubled so it has the feel of the nice leather holster in the link I posted earlier.

Here is some of the hardware I will use. This is an aluminum Chicago screw 3/16" post.

Right off to get leather and parts today.... Wish me luck

 

Would have done sooner but discovered that holding a small part together with your fingers while the E6000 goes off tends to remove skin when it sets still attached to fingers
