hon143 Posted March 20, 2015 Report Posted March 20, 2015 (edited) Here's a picture (with the kids) of my nearly-completed MTK kit with ATA bucket. I just haven't done the rivets yet on the kidney and ab pieces. And, I'm waiting for the bucket fans. Now, I can't wait until I have an occasion to actually wear it! gazmosis[501st] Posted March 20, 2015 Report Posted March 20, 2015 Does MTK sell younglings now???? He's a busy man! You look great!!! Quote
Dark PWF[Staff] Posted March 20, 2015 Report Posted March 20, 2015 Nice work! Looking good indeed! Quote
hon143 Posted March 21, 2015 Author Report Posted March 21, 2015 (edited) Thanks! It was a lot of fun to build it all by hand...probably the hardest and most labor-intensive thing I've ever done from scratch. Definitely worth doing it yourself versus buying a kit pre cut, assembled, and ready to wear. Edited March 21, 2015 by hon143 Quote
Daetrin[Admin] Posted March 22, 2015 Report Posted March 22, 2015 Looking good! Are you at the point where your kids call costumed troopers by name. I was surprised that even at a young age, my kids can tell Clay, Dad, Brian, etc. apart in full armor. Quote
Sly11[Admin] Posted March 22, 2015 Report Posted March 22, 2015 Looking good Trooper. I absolutely agree, it is so much fun. I am actually enjoying helping a fellow member build an MTK at the moment, and must say am very impressed with the kit in general. Looking forward to seeing your EIB application, hint , hint Quote
Mutter Posted March 22, 2015 Report Posted March 22, 2015 Your armor looks great and your kids are adorable! You need an occasion to wear it? Since when? Quote
