justjoseph63[Staff] Posted March 17, 2015 Report Posted March 17, 2015 Hola! I have a HyTechToyz "Stormtrooper Electronic Digital Voice Changer", and would like to change out the "stick-on" mic that came with it to a headset style. It has the plugs that make that possible, but I have searched and cannot seen to find one. The headsets I have seen online are only available as a single unit, (earpiece and mic), and cannot be separated. If anyone knows of a source I would be most grateful. Many thanks! Quote

Many thanks! www.voicebooster.com run by the legion member who does the Aker and icomm. He has headsets all by themselves, like $10 or something. 1 Quote

Joeseph my first electronics setup was a HTT Voice changer also. The mics are actually pretty good, it's the voice modifier and amp that are lackluster. I still used the mic with my ROM/FX but I trash canned everything else. A great alternative is the mic I have listed on my helmet electronics build thread from Radio Shack, it's very sensitive. You will need to solder wires to it though, it's not plug and play sorry. 1 Quote
