Morning From the UK 501st Trooper Helmet for sale

I came across a 501st legion Helmet and want to offer it for sale on here is there a specific thread or practice I need to follow have got pic links here

Any interest or idea on price would be appreciated also if this is the wrong thread I am sorry as new here please direct me to the correct location

This is not 501st approvable. The helmet is missing a piece on the right ear.

Part of the support we provide here at FISD is a certain honesty. That style of helmet was molded after an early brand of armor that was around the Legion many years ago. Although many troopers use similar helmets, they were considered grand fathered in at the time the updated 501st regulation was passed. This type of helmet, sadly, is no longer accepted for 501 st approval. It's beautiful work don't get me wrong, but the molds are just too far off from what the 501st considers accurate style.

Personally I'd stick it on eBay and let it find it's level.  Don't mention 501st in the auction, as Tolo and Gaz have said this isn't approvable so any mention of the 501st will leave you open to a claim down the line.

 

There are folk that want this kind of thing, hobbyists that just want a display lid and not necessarily accuracy.
