Eyebrow band (not sure what it's called)

Where would I buy the black foam that goes over the eyebrow. I ruined mine while trying to attach it. Also anyone know of a good place to get a Mannequin cheap? I don't think I will be using my suit to troop so I want to just put it on display. I looked at the posts of building your own but I don't think the under armor would look right on those pipes. Any help would be appreciated.
