justjoseph63[Staff] Posted February 26, 2015 Report Posted February 26, 2015 Getting toward the finish line, but still have a few more questions! I am at the point where I am ready to attach my thigh ammo pack, but I need to know the proper trim size on the top and bottom. I thought I had downloaded a diagram, (probably courtesy of billhag), but can't seem to find it or anything in the threads. I need to know before I use the heat gun to bent it slightly. ALSO, The split-rivets I have are 5/16th, the same ones I used on my kidney/ab armor. Are these acceptable, or do I need a smaller size? Thanks for all your help! Quote
The5thHorseman[501st] Posted February 26, 2015 Report Posted February 26, 2015 (edited) Trimming the thigh ammo pack is easy, just remove all the ABS above and below the boxes. About the rivets, they should be CAP rivets with a 7mm head (9/32th), but you can use your 5/16th split rivets to fasten it too, it won't prevent your application, even for Centurion. --------- Edited January 1, 2022 by gmrhodes13 link not working removed 1 Quote
